	ZORRO Neutered Male         DOB: 10/06 I tend to be shy around people I don’t know, but I’m really a very playful fellow. I love to romp and play with the other cats - especially my two new friends, SCOOTER and OLIVER. Scooter looks just like me! We like to play and groom each other. We have a lot of fun at the shelter. When I lived in a foster home I was comfortable around my foster’s dog, but I don’t have much experience with children. I think I’d really like to find a quiet home where I won’t feel overwhelmed.
	CHUCK BERRY Neutered Male         DOB: 6/06 Feisty and independent I may be, but other cats intimidate me so I act up around them. I vastly prefer quiet to commotion. If you take me home I’ll explore and drink out of the sink and sleep at the foot of your bed with you. I’m a pretty quiet cat and I keep hoping the right person will come through the door and see my potential.
	MITTENS Spayed Female          I’m a polydactyl with six toes on my front paws! It’s rare, you know. Friendly, outgoing and playful, I’m always ready to respond to attention. I love a game of chase the string and I crave the notice of humans. Though I’ll tolerate some other cats, my dislike for kittens is absolute. I really want to have all your attention for myself, but I’ll reward you by being a wonderful companion.
	JIMMY TRIX Neutered Male - DECLAWED         Tired and hungry, I slipped inside a volunteer’s car to avoid the cold one wintry day. My owners had declawed me so I had a hard time hunting for food and defending myself. I enjoy human companionship, but like many other cats I prefer not being picked up. I’m something of an escape artist and will slip out any opening I find to see what else is out there. That’s probably how I came to be a stray in the first place.
	KAYA Spayed Female          I really like food, but I need to watch my weight. I love to play so if you take me home we can work off these few extra pounds with some string toys. Or maybe when you brush me! I like being brushed. I tend to be a bit shy and I’d rather you didn’t try to pick me up, but I’ll be happy to follow you around and sit beside you while we cuddle. And if you have a window and a perch I can amuse myself for a long time checking out the sights. I sure would like to find a quiet household and a loving person to call my own.
	SAMANTHA Spayed Female        DOB: 2003 I just know I’m going to hook you with my big coppery eyes. I’m an intelligent cat whose trust was shattered when I found myself on the street trying to survive. I enjoy being scratched under the chin and talked to and I’m willing to try again if you are. If I like you, I’ll rub up against your legs and ask for attention. I don’t like cages or being surrounded by other cats, however I’m quite intelligent. If you have a quiet, peaceful home I’m worth the effort to win me over.
	SWEET MAG Spayed Female         DOB: 2004 Looking for someone sweet and mellow to keep you company? I’m your girl. I manage well in new and changing environments and enjoy sharing time with humans. I like to keep you company while you work. Given the Persian and Maine Coon genes in my background, I’m a rather striking female. While I get along with other cats, I won’t be bossed around. I really like attention and enjoy playing chase and pounce games.
	SCOOTER Neutered Male         DOB: 9/06 Being a skittish fellow, I am easily overwhelmed by people and too many other cats. I prefer safe, quiet spots where I can watch the action. I adore my brother, OLIVER and I have a great time with our friend ZORRO, who looks just like me. The three of us are usually found hanging out together or following Oliver’s lead as we romp and play together. OLIVER is my best friend and I really don’t want to be separated from him, but I also love ZORRO. We often sit and groom each other.
	OLIVER Neutered Male         DOB: 9/06 I’m a high energy cat, always on the go. I love to climb and explore but my favorite time is a rowdy game with my brother SCOOTER or our new best friend, ZORRO. I’ll play nicely with other cats or immerse myself in chasing balls or small toys. I don’t like to be picked up and petted all over, but I’ll tolerate it once I get to know you. SCOOTER is my best friend. I look after him and lead him into adventures. I hope we’ll be adopted together.
	WASABI Spayed Female         DOB: 2007 I’m an optimistic girl with a very inquisitive nature. My foster calls me fearless because there is nothing I won’t try. But I like to snuggle as much as I like to play. And you can stack my purr up against the best of them. I’ve had a few problems in my short life, but I’ve come through just fine, I’m friendly, playful, like other cats and even get along well with dogs. You won’t meet a sweeter cat than I am.
